• Prices are subject to change except for confirmed reservations
• Reservations:
• Please ensure that reservations are made in advance to
ensure that we are prepared for your arrival
• All reservations are to be made in writing (by fax or
e-mail) specifying ETA (estimated time of arrival)
or where you are arriving from,unless circumstances do not permit
this
• Payments:
• A 25% deposit is requested on confirmation of reservation
and / or full payment due 30 days prior to arrival
• Alternatively credit card details can be supplied as a
guarantee and the full amount settle at the lodge
- cancellation policy will apply
• Last minute reservations can only be settled at the lodge
by credit card (Master & Visa) or Cash
• Cancellation charges:
Should you cancel the reservation between
• within 30 to 22 days prior to arrival - 25% of the invoiced
amount is due
• within 21 to 15 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the invoiced
amount is due%
• within 14 to 08 days prior to arrival - 75% of the invoiced
amount is due
• within 07 to 00 days prior to arrival and no shows - 100%
Children policy:
• Children of all ages are welcome, however remain the full
responsibility of their parents
• Children aged 5 and below are free of charge providing
they share with their parent(s)
• Children between the ages of 6 & 14 are charged 50%
of rack rates, providing they share with their parents
• Children under the age of 14 sharing with their parents
can only accommodated in the Strohbale Chalets
